Lightbulb Middle of Week 5...some thoughts

Going to formalize my warm-up and move the pull ups into the warm up portion.

Also, I think I worked out what my deload week will look like...will post details in Week 8.

i do pull ups for a warm up... great excercise

Totally.

That's what I used to do....up to recently, they were challenging enough to be a workout while I re-establish my abilities, but I'll know I'm back when I'm doing double-digit sets as a warm up!
