My thoughts are with you and your family. I know. Not much. But sometimes it's nice to hear that somebody else, even a stranger, is at the very least thinking about you.

How do you like the head strap exercise? Hope you're diggin' the new routine anyway.

@BobbyMac: Headstrap is great....been doing a couple weeks of daily, unweighted reps...even 10 pounds on the strap was noticeable.

It went well...I plan to add 5 lbs, pull it twice over 4 weeks and then add 5 lbs.
Alternating weeks will be RDLs and heavy partial Rack DLs.

I'm in no rush.

These lighter workouts are nice. Invigorating without feeling depleting.
Plus, it makes me look forward to the heavier sessions.
The 2 week spread also makes the heavy sessions more exciting to look forward to.

Figured out how to rig the forearm roller on the safety bar.
