Putting in good work JD. Good plan to start light and bring the squats up. Gloves are fine as long as they match your purse

Yes! Gym schedule matches new work schedule much better now!

DLs will still be heavy, everything else is a reset. I'm being super cautious since being injured at work is a safety issue.

COMMENTS
Low back felt great today. Feel better now than at the beginning of the week.

Very satisfied with the set up. Just got to get in more cardio eventually.
Will worry about that when the weather turns and there's more daylight.

DLs felt good. 315 was heavier than expected but that's just due to lack of consistency.

Extra gut work felt good, too.

Yes working injured for you has a whole different meaning than for most of us!! Temps have been nice here in TX this week but we are about to get a short revisit from winter, which means you are probably already experiencing it haha!
