435 x 3 *started here, moved easy so decided to go up in weight*
455 x 3 x 4sets *felt amazing, got tired towards end of sets but felt good over all. *

Db Incline
100lbs x 20 *easy*
125lbs x 20 *still felt good*

Close grip bench
275 x 12 x 3 sets

Band Flyes
Red band *standing up, with it torque behind a power rack*

Dips (bench dips)
25 x 2sets

Cuban presses
Bar x 12 x 3sets
