Bench (double banded w/ shoulder saver [2board])
135 x 5 (pvc under back)

365 x 3 (stopped here, was easy but could feel the shoulder weaken)

Deadlift (w/ 160lbs of chains)
601 @top x 2

felt awesome today - especially finally holding 800. wednesday i go for a 600lbs front squat (not sure why... lol)

ill video my attempts leading up to it (starting with 405 or so prolly) and including 600, regardless of good lift or not just for you lol
