sorry for the late reply ramrod! its a USPA Meet in Springfield, MO on March 23, 2013. Clint Lowe will be the meet director, let me get you a link to the entry form - if you are wanting to do it, id suggest mailing your entry form in asap (its limited to 75lifters and from what we hear 50 or so people have already entered)

Alright now that christmas is family time is done, back to having some fun!? Lol not sure what sparked todays bench fun - but it was weird lol did reps!?

12/26/2012 Bench fun

(literally all I did was bench today)

Warm up(normal foam roll, mobility, etc)

Starting benching lol

Bar (with pvc pipe under back) x 20
135 (pvc) x 20
185 (pvc) x 20
225 (pvc) x 10
315 x 10 (this is where we start recording)
365 x 10
405 x 8 (actually 7, the 8th had a little guidance, i was drifting towards the rack)
430 x 3
455 x 3 2board
dropped off and did some more reps
315 x 18
225 x 37

lol not sure why I did all this, was kind of our welcome back lets have fun day lol I dont suggest doing this to anyone lol.
