drop weight again add chains (i stayed at this weight. it was moving to good)

opted from snatch grip - hands/grip is shot from last week still.

8/21/2013 Deathlifts Week 8

*90% of training max. (~660)
595 x 2 x 2 sets w/ 3second negative.

- skipped the chain work as i didn't wanna push my hand any further, still nursing the damn blow out.

Fronts Squats ( I did doubles all the way instead of 6/4/2 )
started doubles at 3 plates
315 x 2
405 x 2
495 x 2
545 x 2
600 x 2 (i guess its 2. i think i still had it, but mid way through 2nd rep spotter reached in to my elbows to keep my shoulders from dropping. all good!)

did some rehab work after front squats, as time had passed very quickly. Still pushing hip mobility like crazy - and i think its paying off huge.

here are the deads + squats.. ill make a video of the front squats progression, i think i videod everything from 405 up
