I wish I could say it was a deload week. just been feeling out of the grove lately.. its all good though, this saturday starts final meet prep so time to tuck my vag away and suck it up.

ended everything here. Fun back pumps, and just flaring up in my upper back.. decided to "unload" today, friday will be nothing but mobility and getting my self ready for saturday morning.
