725 x 2 (working) jesus set up/foot placement felt all wrong! used way to much energy on set up here

Squat (Force) Weight + 100lbs band tension + 80lbs of chains
145+tension x 3
235+tension x 1
325+tension x 1
415+tension x 3 x 3 (working) lol this was fun.

Front squats
225 x 5 x 3

Abs
100 reps total - split up between band pulls/oblique pulls/ab roller

GHR
100lbs x 10 x 3set

most of the crew, that will be competing in june this morning.

405+bands x 4 (dropped it, moved to slow for me. counted as 1 set)
365+bands x 4 x 2sets

Close Grip bench +bands to a 2board
225+bands x 3
315+bands x 8 x 3sets

Dips w/ weight

40lbs of chains x 10 x 4sets

Cardio
225lbs yoke x 30yds x 5sets
180lbs+prowler x 30yds x 5 sets
(would walk yoke 30yds than immediately do prowler springs back)
