4/12/2013 the ever so glorious BB day lol.

Military Press 8x4sets@fat bar + 70kg (did these in a clean and press motion every rep)
Bicep EZ curls 12x3sets@85lbs (ya i curled again )
Weighted calf raises 15x5sets@80lbs db ea hand (on the edge of a platform)
Lat Pulldowns or pull ups 20x3sets@200 (of course i did lat pulldowns lol. did an alternate grip every set)
