man - today has been awesome! recieved news I was just added onto Supplement SuperSource's sponsored athlete team (its a supp store that is near my apartment) just very honored, and speechless after hearing that news - but yall didnt come here to hear me talk about that so onto tonights training.

3/6/2013 did bench and deads tonight

Bench

490x1 (this one, was a little sloppy. i tried pushing straight up instead of the normal up and back.. got it up bout 1board than realize what i was doing and corrected it.. still got it up but need to remember its just weight and keep form)

Deadlift

650 x 1 (this one is kind of a toss up.. one of the guys says it would pass, however I think i wasn't full locked, so its a toss up to me and really just depends on the judges... and id much rather leave no question. so need to make sure i am locking fully. this is the msot ive pulled straight weight ever so im happy.) bad part is, i re-ripped my hand open... its all good, done deading til meet day, and super glue is new best friend jsut incase come meet day lol.

vid will be up tomorrow after work. to tired to do it tonight - i apologize!

alright so im a liar and didnt get the vid made - got off work today and headed to my home town to help a friend with her squats - girl has some power, was handling 225 like it was chump weight lol. last time i seen her it was red face, breaking back with 135 so i gotmotivated tonight - but here is the 650 dead.. couple guys said it was a good white light lift.. im still curious on the lockout.

Finished up with openers and second attempts on squat and bench today... decent day (except for 1 mess up. DOH!)

760x1 (2nd) this is the 1 mess up. I let me coach put a different wrap on me, The Overkill knee wraps.. shouldn't known from the start to just stop and re wrap, on the wrapping of the left knee, almost done and it rolled a little. so we pulled it up and finished the wrap. I hit the hole, exploded out, but the knee wrapped ROLL ON ME! rolled to bout knee cap, took me forward a little bit, i got it still but it made a weight that shouldve been smoke fest, somewhat of a grinder.. live and learn - next time stick to normal wraps.

everything starts winding down from here, do a little HIIT session on monday with some speed work, wednesday ill hit some bench again - but for the most part, its all downhill. i feel great!
