Having to train around injuries is part of the process I know all too well. Sounds like you had the right idea. Smart training is going to be the difference in good and great! Keep it up

one of those things I don't necessarily want to keep pushin' but its also one of those things I got learn to deal with since i have this meet, than 1week off and im right bakc into another cycle to get ready for a june meet.. then get some time off to focus on this shoulder - always appreciate your words though!

245 x 5 (slapped on 100lbs plates)
335 x 3
425 x 2
515 x 1 x 2sets
565 x 1
605 x 1 (caught on the edge of my tights. when in my singlet i let the ride higher, no nothing a little baby powder and adrenalin won't fix.)

felt good tonight. opner for dead is look ~600 which feels awesome. last training cycle i wasnt eve hittin near this, than everything came together in the meet. (2.5 weeks before last meet, i couldnt even pull 550 without hitching. than day of meet i pulled 628 greasy quick) march 23rd will tell us where im at.

on my deads btb? not sure.. ill prolly open around 600, 2nd deadlift ill prolly go 630 atleast ecause that will pr my dead from last meet.

Won't post the progression today since todays session took for ever and I have to leave for work, like now lol. but today was awesome - peaking at the right time i'd say. Felt amazing.

Squat
650 x 1
725 x 1
765 x 1 (reverse mini bands)

Bench
455 x 1
475 x 1 x2sets (first one, got out of grove, i got it but was ugly. wanted to fix it, 2nd 1 is in the video.)
495 x 1 (2board) none of the other benching was recorded except to the chest
465 x 1 x 5sets (2board)

Deadlift
525+80lbs of chains x1
605+80lbs of chains x1 (grinder but got it. now just hope it would pass lol)

was very happy with todays progress. im tired of hell but damnit I am excited lol
