Good day, huge pumps. Went to the doctor, turns out I have a broken finger and inflamed tendons in my knee. I got an anti inflammatory that made my knee not hurt today. Was advised to take it easy, so ill be monitoring myself closely.

Thank you! Finger just hurts when it's curled up too tight and the knee doesn't hurt at all once I take my anti inflammatory.
