It's good, thanks for asking. It's not a chronic sort of pain or an injury, it's just whenever I squat it seems like my groin takes to longest to recuperate and ends up just hurting the more I use it. Annoying when you're trying to use it 4 times a week haha. I was pretty happy as well after I was done and actually went to write down the weight and had to add it up.

425x9 This is kind of cheap PR since I don't really ever do deadlifts for reps...because I generally hate it. However, I've had really good energy for the last 3 workouts and so once I hit 3 I just wasn't tired. Love the feeling

Rope Pull Ups...On the fly made up because the gym just got in some big 2 inch diameter rope. Felt like it'd help my grip, hands were fried afterwards.

Bent-over Row EZ Bar

Ab Circuits - worked out with an ex-wrestler today who knew all the crazy ab workouts that go into wrestling. Regretted it pretty quickly.
Leg Raises

Half Burpees SS Reverse Crunches
20 seconds on for each, 20 seconds rest, 4 sets

Planks SS Leg Flutters
30 seconds on for each, 30 seconds rest, 4 sets
