Wednesday - couldn't get to the gym yesterday

Deadlift - woooooo pain free for the most part, gonna work back in slow

Went to the gym 4 days last week, went this Monday. Kind of bored with what I'm doing right now, tired of lifting heavy weights and getting goofy little injuries that just make normal life harder. Decided to switch it up, had fun!

German Volume Training Variation:

Trap Bar Deadlift
225 x10x10 sets - 90 seconds rest. Wow, my forearms were toasted.


60 seconds rest on all following:

Reverse Fly
25s x12x4 sets

Lat Pulldowns
130 x12x2 sets
130 x10x2 sets couldn't gut the last reps out

Seated Cable Row
120 x12x4 sets

All done in an hour, very fun. Was good to be on the clock, felt purposeful.
