Good day. Went to the chiropractor, the guesstimate on why my hips hurt is tight hip flexors. Lots of stretching and foam rolling is the treatment, follow up in a week.

So, no squatting on Friday as I pulled on all-nighter Thursday and my hips were absolutely not up to the task. Hips are feeling better at this point, as is the knee, so will continue recovery on them. Deadlifts tomorrow and (hopefully) squats Friday. I will cut out all squats except Friday squats until this hip issue is resolved, as I'm hoping I just put too much volume in at once.
