was at a new gym today Edge gym in upper east side. It cost double what i pay at my current gym but they have a Olympic platform bumper plates and a full squat, 2 other power rack, plenty of bumper plates and steel plates, and other stuff my other gym does not have

180x5 need to find a groove on these im well on my way to my goal for this got 9 months till the competition

220x 120' 1 stupid really stupid drop
got really fired up to hit a PR

270x 60' big PR (thinking about it i went for a walk with 540 lbs lol)
note i felt like my rib popped but its all better now

150 sandbag 60' pick up 160 keg back 60 feet 3 sets best time was 19 seconds
