Stop using ****ty run of the mill ideas for training. You haven't trained steady for a long time and you just try and pull 500, that is why you failed. Should have went for max reps on 455 and called it a day, but at least you have the balls to go for the gold.

Well excuse me, while some of us are taking are lifestyles seriously, programing it around our *cough* lives and making it work, balancing priorities, I see some weaklings wasting away their potential when there is no reason why they can't have a steady plan to

Get yourself at least 2 days a week you can hit the weight room and find a training program that keeps you active and consistent on it. If you did wendler's 5/3/1 on your push press, your bench press, front squat, back squat, and deadlift you would be in great shape, with just minimal **** to do, all planned out and you get a WHOLE WEEK, every end of the month, if you start on the beginning of the month, to rest relax and do all the crap you want.

I refuse to believe you can't make 2 days a week where you don't party or get ****faced to train. And here I thought I lacked motivation. YOU LACK DISCIPLINE
