lol the weekend warrior been feeling crappy this week...

Good luck on your deadlift M&B. I always get pumped up for deadlift no matter how i feel lol!!!

going to hit a rep PR maybe 405x w/e is there

Need to get better at front squats, back squats and Powerclean & Jerk making them a priority.. these should get me better at strongman and help my deadlift go up more

did some light squats yesterday and Close grip incline bench to 205 and 135 for a bunch of reps, also 105 db rows for 2 sets of 5 nothign really.. been over a year since i squat without the box and i really want to get good at squats without a box.

saving heavy deads for wenesday

Nice prs, and everyone is juicing nowadays, feeding off my misplaced energy. I just been going down hill since I ended wendler. I got jinxed for changing my training.

thank tony and the juice im talking about is mass ammounts of orange juice and sleep. hmm why not just go back to wendlers program bro?

Wendler's is flawed when it comes to one rep max prep. I just believe it is a healthy alternative for powerlift's and compund movements to be cycled on and off. I am going to re test all my maxes, devote to wendler, add in heavy partials in when I feel good, and DELOAD on DELOAD week.
