The workout lasted 5+ hours and every time that happens i feel like i have a cold after the workout last time i stay so long

i post vids pretty often btw

well it snot exactly working out for 5 hours i got there at 2:20 ish pm and left like 7:30...

a lot of setting stuff up, waiting, talking and drinking gatorade lol

arnold worked out for 3 hours but he went all out for 3 hours which is just insane


next week im going to take a IV line of gatorade with me!

In the world of Strongman it takes forever to set up the events. And when your a little novice like Jesse, its hard to work in sets when guys warm up with your max weights LOL Nice work Jesse, maybe next time when you turn side ways in your video you won't disappear

newsflash u only press 30lbs more then me on the log... and now this comes to mind how come you can press 200x10 on the log but can only do 255x1?

feeling better almost 100% now, had a light training session last night

Hang Cleans
8x3 with 135

Front Squats (first time in a long tim doing these)
5x3 with 185 felt heavy and awquared

Push jerk
3x3 135

strict press
2x3 135

Cable abs pulldowns
150lbs x20

Skull chrushers
70lbs x20

meh w/e

will do some light deadlift sunday to get back into it...
