Wow! My job has basically destroyed my "peak week" plan! There had been talk of a move/promotion in the works but I thought it would be in a few weeks....NOT!!!!!!!!! I got promoted and moved at 3pm yesterday!!!!! Went most of the day without eating and came home totally spent. Today was much better, except for a major accident on the highway which made my evening commute 2 hours long(thankful I wasn't involved). So got to the gym really late...it was really crowded and I was really tired.

1 plate per side/20, 20, 2 pps/20, 3 pps/15, 4 pps/12, 4+25 pps/11(both arms at same time)

Hammer shoulder press
1 pps/25, 2 pps/20, 3 pps/14

Chins
Bw/15, 15, 15

Ez bar curl grip front raise
50/15, 60/12, 60/12[B]

We just had to use what was available. New Year noobs all over the place! Quick workout..maybe just over 30 minutes.

The week gettin crazier and crazier!!!! O well, a couple more days. Fighting a bug now, face and eyes hot and a sore throat. Cant stop wont stop.
