It was my first time competing in bench, so Im ok with that. Deads bummed me out though. I'll be back though. Lots of comments on my hand placement on bench...due to past injuries, I actually use a close grip.

Tuesday after the meet, I started the Cube over since I got hurt last time, so I never finished.

felt good
still sore from Saturday

ran outta time

Lying leg raise
bw x 25, 25

only had 45 minutes this morning

switched to sumo stance for squats to save my lower back(still very sore) and to reduce the distance I need to travel. Being 6'5" with very long legs makes squats very interesting for me

felt good though
nice depth
good speed

You have to cover a lot of distance in conventional Squat stance ... Great work brother ... keep going ...
