Seated calf raise
3 plates x 20, 4 plates x 20, 5 plates x 20, 20, 20


Squats felt really good. I need to increase my squat lbs by a bunch real quick so most likely gonna start running Smolov Jr for squats starting tuesday. Just using this weekend to get a little taste.

This program will do wonders to your squat. Just hang in there and you will start loving it ... keep up the good work buddy ...
