Well, my lower back strikes again!!!!!
Started getting tight late last week, at least this time I didn't feel anything in the gym....just gradually got worse. Center of the pain is basically at the tail bone and my left hamstring. Has been getting better last few days but deadlift workout on Wednesday, I basically just had to go through the motions. I haven't been able to straighten my legs while seated, so leg pressing is out of the question as well. Foam rolling and leaning on a baseball seems to help a bit.
I have squats scheduled tomorrow...I plan on riding stationary bike, stretching and foam rolling before trying to get a workout in. I think I need to focus more on strengthening my core and doing more unilateral work like lunges and split squats for hip mobility.
