Various warm ups and stretches, foam rolling, bench jumps

Squats
Bar x 15, 15, 135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 325 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
used the knee wraps for 2 sets, o my, what a difference!!!! Gonna take some getting used to, but awesome!!!

Good mornings
135 x 8, 185 x 8, 8

Leg press
315 x 15, 585 x 20, 765 x 20, 855 x 20

Seated leg curl
200 x 20, 20

Standing cable crunch
80 x 25, then soooper cramp in my abs so didnt do last set.
