Seated calf raise...2plates/20, 3/20, 4/20, 5/20,20,20

Front squats...bar/15, 135/8, 225/4, 4, 4...haven't done these in about a year, have to get acquainted with again.

Bulgarian split squats...135/8, 225/6, 4*
*my back reminded me who's in charge...had to stop, very depressing.

Hanging leg raise...bw/10, 10(lift feet overhead to bar....back bothering me)

Not happy with tonight's workout but have to stay positive.
