Thanks guys!!!! Woke up looking better than yesterday!!! Did have a re-feed yesterday but lower than usual....75f/300c/250p. Will run 35/100/250 next few days just to tighten up a tad bit more. Gonna hit upper body tonight, lower tomorrow and upper again on Wednesday. Very little cardio...mostly posing. Hitting the road Friday morning!
