put some chalk on and just start throwin fools out the way!!! lol - least ya still got it in! im grateful for my small gym - plus its tailored for olympic/strongman/powerlifting so none of the "bros" want to lift here lol

Off day from training yesterday. Woke up very full and vascular at 228.8lbs!!!!

Waffles and eggs for dinner followed by skinny cows and a protein sludge cake for a snack!!! This diet is so tough!!!
