It wasn't a training session. I went outside to do sprints, just part of my warm up.

223.8 this morning. Feeling tiny and flat. The macro reduction is the culprit. I'll see what tomorrow's re-feed does for me. Went to our commercial gym or should I say fitness center today, so of course I had to modify my workout. They have one squat rack and it always seems to have someone using it, at least this time for squats.

Hammer Machine Shoulder Press

225.2lbs this morning....I get to eat today!!! Trained at Modesto Power today, my favorite place. We have our own key and it has a real strength training facility.

50 jumping jacks
25 bw squats
20 stationary lunges
20 fire hydrants

Box jumps

Foam rolling

Sumo deads

Walking lunges
26lb kbs/3 sets, 20 paces each set

GHR

One arm db snatch

(first time ever doing these. I like)

Hanging leg raise
bw/10, bw/10


Back felt ok during deads, started to tighten up as the workout went on. Did some more foam rolling before we left, should be ok.

Now some big eats!
