Week 4 of the reeves classic
14/1/13

squat @ 77kg 8/8/8
bb row @ 67kg 12/12/9
seated bhnp @ 34.5kg 12/12/11
bench press @ 67kg 12/10/9
bb curls @ 27kg 12/12/10
dips @ bw 10/10/8/5/5 = 38 5 more reps then last workout
bb calf raise @ 94.5kg 20/20/20 + 5kg next workout
crunchies @ bw+10kg 20/20/20 + 2.5kg next workout

couldent get that last rep on ohp shoulders were toast.

Total time just over 60mins
