thanks chaps.
will do i am only dead lifting once a week so i will do 3 work sets instead of the 1 and make all my reps then add more weight next week + i will hit all 3 sets of 12 on squat friday then add more weight on monday.

thanks hunter,yeah i suppose it is i dident feel like had much energy going in to this workout so it is surprising i completed it in 60mins.

HA ha it feels like both at times im taking about 1min between sets and up to 2mins between exercises sometime less to keep the workout moving i suppose im just geting through it faster now.
