low energy again today really need to catch up on some sleep.

upper back felt jacked after the deadlifts.

i really need to buy some grips and knee wraps.

Great work Lee! Hope you get some rest, but you still had a great day lifting! Versa gripps are the way to go(btb pushed me into getting some, once again he was right). Keep up the good work!

thanks hunter, yeah it wasent to bad of a workout looking at it now had allot worst it seems to be in the air atm going by a few logs i have read, btb is always right he knows his stuff.

Yes, "high rep" squats to me means more than 5 or something.

thanks mate, yeah i am cool with them i have been thinking about dropping down and doing some 5 reppers getting a little bit bored of 10s, thinking about rearrange the exercises for Monday work it a little bit different spreading out the pressing moves and splitting the squat up with bench press then bb rows to save my lower back.
