not even worth logging really.

Squats @ 97kg 8/8/6

ohp @ 52kg 8/8

to tired to do any more, going to go back to the reeves classic friday and do some volume, have made some decent gains physique wise on the reeves so stupid not to continue with it and plus i enjoy the volume.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888
