Looks good. Personally I wouldn't worry about abb work but thats me. Otherwise looks a classic really.

Good thing about this set up is if you need an extra days rest of life gets in the way it really dosn't upset things. Just on with the next session.

thanks, i dont worry about abs to much myself i just work them when ever i feel like it which isn't very often, lol. My thoughts as well when life gets in the way or a need a another day of rest, i think that is why i love A/B routines so much.
