For the main 4 lifts, I'm not going over 3 reps, cept on warmup sets. Mil and bench 5sets of 3, squats and deads are ,lots of sets at 1-2 reps. Accessory lifts I do 10 reps most of the time cept pull ups I go to failure. That's what I'm doing this cycle anyhow, I don't like high rep sets either

bb bench press @ 67kg 11/11/11
bb curls @ 29.5kg 8/8/8
dips @ bw 10/10/7/6/6 = 39
bb standing calve raise @ 122kg 20/20/20 + 2.5kg next workout
crunches @ 10kg plate on chest 25/25/25

decided to stick with the 8-12 rep,dont fix what is not broken.

I have gained 2lbs on this routine in just over 6 weeks my diet isint spot on so not sure if that is good or not,but i am happy with it.

thanks hunter,no if i change rep range it will be between 5-10 reps with a rep goal of 25,it still in the toolbox if needed

lol it nearly happened yeah i like it...feels more comfortable will be doing standing bhnp for now on.
