Chest Day

Lower back and right leg have been in some pain for a few days. Source unknown.

This may be the last solo week doing 5/3/1. I may start with a local Powerlifting Group....if they're not psychos or something....it is Maryland after all.

Squats - 3 reps @ 205#



Squats - 3 reps @ 225# followed by 10 reps @ 225#



Squats - 10 reps each @ 155#//165#//175#



Squats - 3 reps @ 185# / !!PAIN!! / 7 reps @ 135#


For all you GIANTS.... (6 foot and taller dudes) tall dude nearly has to duck under pullup bar

Those are knee forward squats. It's almost impossible to hit depth like that. Knees have to track the same direction as your toes.

Nice attempt though. Open your legs next time and see how it goes.
