The Bench sets were suppose to be 80 (40%) // 100 (50%) // 120 (60%) // 130 (65%) // 150 (75%) // 175 (85%)......but I ended up upping the higher some of them a little bit.

I was only suppose to do 5 reps in each set but felt good to push out one more.

However, on the 5th set for 225#....I just kept going and forgot to stop at 5 (6).

Nice work.

Just one tip...you're squats are stopping pretty high and that's going to take it's toll on the knees.

Have you ever tried to squat with a more conventional stance? That might help you hit depth.

Your 135s were deep. Try and keep that depth consistent if you stay wide.

I thought I was hitting depth. It could be the camera angle...it was on the floor looking up.

Yes I have tried conventional. Not sure why I started with a wider stance.....other than it seemed easier to open up the hips....saw the form on You Tube watching Derek Poundstone.

2012.12.22

The 100# was the assistance needed to complete full ROMs

CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS: I needed some serious spot help on the last set!!!

There were ALOT more shrugs done than what is listed. all shrugs were on smith machine and to failure for I don't know how many sets.

After this routine was complete, Chad Rinaldi-Alt (https://www.facebook.com/chad.rinaldialt) ran me through a lot more stuff that blasted the upper back, shoulders, triceps and forearms.
