Body Fat testings

Tape Test = 23% (39.5" waist // 18.5" neck // 67" height)

Caliper Test = 17% (12 chest // 32 abdomen // 12 thigh)

I suck at math so I need help in this calculation:



Wrists are 7.25"

Ankles are 10.0"
