Watch your knees. They are moving in at the bottom. If anything you want them to open a bit at the bottom. If that is hard I recommend bringing your stance in some more.

In you are unable to flower your knees or keep them open to hit depth then the stance is too wide in my opinion.

I know we might sound like a pain in the ass, but these small adjustments will come together sooner or later.

No. I wanted to, but since I'm the 'NEW GUY,' I didn't want to seem too neurotic about videoing my squats....esp since the focus was on form and I was getting on site spot corrections. I will aim to next time.

Exercise : Barbell Bench Press
- Note : I found out that I have some.form.issues on bench press. I need to keep my fingers wrapped. I need to keep elbows in tight.

Exercise : Bench Dip
- Note : I need to work on form for dips.

Exercise : Chin Up
- Note : Both reps/sets were negatives. Jumped up and held position and slowly lowered body.
