360 x 6 ... +20 lbs ... oops! I thought it felt heavy, meant to reduce to 345, 5 lbs above last week's.



Weighted Chin Up 4 x 4-6 RPT

BW+57.5 x 5
BW+55.0 x 5 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+42.5 x 6 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+30.0 x 5 ... +5 lbs



Pendlay Row 4 x 5

225 x 5 x 4 ... +5 lbs (PR)



Front Squat 3 Sets, Rep Goal = 24

195 x 9, 7, 7 ... Total reps = 23 (+1) PR


I am very happy with today's session!


I have been on quite a roll lately, I love it! I was logging my reps in this journal, and forgot to change the weight from the second set of deads and ended up doing the same weight in the third set.


I left the barbell on the floor after my deadlifts, which I normally don't do, and during my first set of chins, the 45 pounder hanging from my dip belt clanked into the barbell, threw me off big time! lol, I don't know if I would have gotten the 6th rep had I not done that, but I would like to think that I would have




This may be the last back workout for a couple of weeks. Weather permitted, I am going camping from 4/4-7. It may be super cold in northern Pa., where I camp and fish, if not snowing, so we may end up cancelling. If we cancel, I will resume the workouts next Wednesday.

Weighted Chest Dip 4 x 6-8 RPT

BW+62.5 x 6 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+55.0 x 8 ... +2.5 lbs

Great progression today, that makes two consecutive chest days with solid progression on flat bench.

I am currently 18.5 hours fasted, time down 3,000 calories in the next 6 hrs.
