Default Vin1968's Journal

Well, I guess I will start logging my workouts at M and B as well, since it looks like all the cool kids are doing it.

I have been an Intermittent Faster for about 8 months now. I was 198 lbs when I began following the Leangains protocol in March, and I have been holding steady at 165-167 lbs for several months now. I have been using Reverse Pyramid Training for about 19 weeks.

I am currently nursing a strained deltoid (I assume I strained it. Dr.? What's that?). It is feeling better each week, which is amazing considering the fact that I still push super hard with it, lol, I am a bit hard headed.

Deltoid still hurts. It felt really good last week, until I squatted. Squat position wreaks a bit of havoc on it.

Good day today. Last time I pulled 385, Nov 13, I had that plucked guitar string feeling on the 3rd rep, today felt good.

I received my "V" attachment yesterday, so I was able to do T-Bar Rows today.

Gonna start doing front squats on deadlift day and see how I like them. Struggled keeping the bar on my shoulders for the first set, so I dropped way back for the 2nd. Last set felt good, I will have to think about what weight to go with next week.

The way my delt felt yesterday after the beating I put it through, I am amazed that today it hardly hurts at all, that is unless I really push the limits of the R O M.
