Standing Military Press 4 x 6-8 RPT

125 x 8 ... +5 lbs
120 x 8 ... +5 lbs
115 x 7 ... +5 lbs
110 x 8 ... +5 lbs




WGPU 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30; These will be weighted after I hit 30 @ BW

BW x 11, 8, 7, 5 = 31 (+2) ... Surpassed my 30 rep goal, these will be weighted next time.





Standing BTNP 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

110 x 12, 9, 7, 6 = 34 ... +10 lbs ... Surpassed my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.





Great workout today! I am super pleased with my progression these days, with the exception of my bench press, lol. All of this progression, yet this morning I weighed in @ 164, as usual.

I sense wobbly legs tomorrow, but maybe not, since I will be rolling them later
