Rep 4 @ 375 got a third of the way up lol


Leg was/is still a bit sore, but nearly healed. I have been doing a lot of rolling and static stretching and it seems to be helping. It feels best towards the end of the day, but I like to train fasted, so I didn't wait. Hopefully near 100% by Sunday's squat session.

Thanks Steve. I can't believe that I was unable to do any real progressive lifting (okay,okay, bulking) throughout the winter months due to the injuries. It is what it is, and there is always next year.

Bench Press 4 x 6-8 RPT

200 x 7 ... 3rd week with 7 reps here
195 x 7 ... +5 lbs
185 x 7 ... +5 lbs
175 x 8 ... +5 lbs



Incline Bench Press 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

155 x 9, 8, 7, 7 ... +5 lbs ... Surpassed my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.



Weighted V Chin Up 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

BW+10 x 10, 8, 7, 5 ... +2.5 lbs ... Hit my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.



Weighted Chest Dip 4 x 6-8 RPT

BW+52.5 x 9 ... +5 lbs
BW+45.0 x 9 ... +5 lbs
BW+25.0 x 9 ... +5 lbs
BW+15.0 x 9 ... +5 lbs


I can't seem to make that first bench set budge! lol, it will eventually move, I just know it The other three sets have been progressing, so it is no big deal.

Nice progression overall, so I am pleased.

I will soon be going to a lower rep range, like 4-6, for my RPT sets, with the exception of deadlifts, they will stay 3-5. I feel that I do better with lower reps.
