150 x 10, 7, 7, 7 ... +5 lbs ... Surpassed my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.



Weighted V Chin Up 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

BW+7.5 x 10, 8, 7, 5 ... +2.5 lbs ... Hit my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.



Weighted Chest Dip 4 x 6-8 RPT

BW+47.5 x 11 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+40.0 x 10 ... +5 lbs
BW+20.0 x 11 ... +5 lbs
BW+10.0 x 10 ... +5 lbs



Stayed the same with the first set of bench, but progressed with the rest so I am satisfied.

I swapped the order of dips and chins in order to give my chest and triceps more recovery time, it seems to have paid off as I could have added 5 lbs to the first set as well. The goal for all sets of dips was +2.5 lbs, but after the first set I went ahead and added 5 to the rest of them. Looking at the reps I got with them, I will add 5 next week also.

Wow, rep 8 of the top set of squats was tough! Got it though. It feels good to be able to back squat all-out again, 2-3 months of down time really takes its toll.

With my OHP, weakness is the issue now. With military press, deltoid discomfort/pain is pretty much non existent now. With BTNP there is slight discomfort, but nothing that will hold me back.

I have added WGPU to this workout, and now I am doing four sets of some form of pull up with each workout.

I lost one pound since last week, but I am gaining strength. I am cycling carbs and underfeeding/overfeeding on rest and workout days, as usual. Right now I am in about a 500 calorie weekly surplus, so I will keep doing what I am doing for a while. Maybe in a month I will go into recomp mode and get a bit leaner for my topless bike rides this summer
