Bench Press 3 x 3 (70%;80%;90%)

185 x 3
210 x 3
240 x 3



Deadlift 3 x 3 (65%;75%;85%)

285 x 3
325 x 3
370 x 3



Weighted Triangle Chin Up 3 sets: 15 rep goal

BW+45 x 6, 5, 5





Okay, so there have been some changes.

-The addition of First Set Last

-My off-day bench and squat numbers have changed. I am now doing 3 x 3 @ 70%;80%;90% instead of 3 x 5 @ 65%;75%;85%.

-Changed to triangle chins from normal chins.
