Nice session today. I left a couple of reps in the tank, and I feel certain that I could pull 450 on a fresh day.

That wraps up cycle 6, on to cycle 7! That makes 6 complete cycles, with only a few deloads, since July 1. Moving right along, and digging it.

I am considering incorporating "first set last" in the next cycle, stay tuned.

Nice session today, with the exception of the lost chin reps. But who cares about lost chin reps? I hit 295 for 8, and that's more important!

I was going to start doing "first set last" today, but decided not to. I may do it with bench press, but still not sure. I will decide after I finish my last bench set on Thurs., lol.

I don't doubt that you could pull 450.

Squats are looking great too. Lost chin rep? Oh well, I would rather have the squat reps.

I had a complex-migraine attack about 30 mins after that session. The attack only lasted about 6 hrs, instead of the usual 8-12. I was still feeling a bit groggy from it yesterday, so I postponed yesterday's session and will do it today. On the bright side, this puts me back on my preferred M-W-F schedule.
