Strong benching Captain Migraine? That sux Vinnie! Sure hope you can get some form of relief quickly! I could not deal with that at all!

I am now convinced that you are host to a rather large tapeworm haha

Great benching as well.

All you guys with your head issues need to get it straightened out. We need you guys around here for a very long time.
Thanks zarello! Grip was formed with 18 yrs of building cabinets and countertops, gotta hold onto those saws and routers and such, lol.

My issue will never be straightened out, but it would be nice to have something that I could take to stop them as they start. I am not sure if the ibuprofen helped the other day, or if it was just a mild attack. Thanks for the sentiment!

160 lbs? Hmmm - are you looking to muscle up to a certain weight?
Thanks Jim, it seems that too many of us have our issues around here, lol. Luckily my auras are strictly migraine related, but my migraines mimic some stroke symptoms, which really made the first migraine (while in high school) so very scary. I was in tears in the nurse's office because it felt like I was dying!

Now, as far as my weight goes, I would like to just stop losing it for now!! I am not looking to muscle up to a certain weight, but I am looking to steadily progress with 531, with a 3 month burst during the BBB challenge, which I will be starting in Oct.

Thanks Rich! It really does suck man. I almost wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, almost.

Tapeworm? You may be right, I'd better stick a scope up m..... nevermind.

Fasted Training: No BCAAs

Squat Training Max = 315

205 x 5
235 x 5
265 x 10 ... Not sure, but might be a rep PR

Squat BBB 5 x 10

185 x 10 x 5 ... +10 lbs

Single Leg Calf Raise 2 x 20

BW+20 x 20 x 2 ... +5 lbs

Plate Side Bend

45 x 25, 25, 20 ... +1 set

Great session today, 265 x 10 was killer, but if I wanted, I could have ground a couple of more out. The BBB thoroughly kicked my arse, wow!

As sated previously, I took good mornings out of this session because I feel it's too much, too fast. I may put them back in down the road a bit.

Thank you, come again

I think it's good you didn't grind out more reps. I subscribe to the theory its always good to not kill yourself and leave a little for the next session.

Nice to see you on 531 and keeping it simple!

Thanks Jim, I like simple!

I am not opposed to grinding out some reps in these first 2-3 cycles, since I am working with sub maximal maxes, but as I get deeper into it, I will certainly hold back.

Fasted Training

OHP Training Max = 160

115 x 3
130 x 3
145 x 7

OHP BBB 5 x 10

95 x 10 x 5 ... +5 lbs

Weighted Chin Up 3 x 4-6 RPT

BW+45 x 7
BW+35 x 7
BW+25 x 7

Weighted Chest Dip 5 x 10

BW+32.5 x 10 x 5 ... +2.5 lbs

Nice workout, I ground out number 7, but I was determined to get it

I decided to go back to weighted RPT chins because I prefer them.

Thank you, come again
