Weighted WGPU 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 24

BW+12.5 x 9, 7, 6, 5 ... = 27 ... +2.5 lbs



Standing BTNP 3 Sets, Rep Goal = 24 <--- Changed from 4 sets/30 reps

125 x 8, 7, 6 ... = 21 ... +5 lbs


Another great workout, with great progression!


Damn, rep 4 @ 305 went to full ATG, and boy was it tough getting out of that! Then I did rep 5, which was an epic grinder. I held my form, no lean at all, and got that sucker up

LMFAO, with the first set of OHP, I forgot to put a 2.5 lb plate on the left side. I didn't notice it until I went to drop down to 135 for set two. I shouldn't say I didn't notice it. I noticed the right side seemed slightly weaker, which I just chalked up to the injury I recently recovered from.

Nothing special. For some reason my shoulder feels a bit off these past couple of days. The feeling is not in the same area as my delt injury, so I will monitor it to see what's going on.

Nice session. I could tell during the warm up sets that deads were gonna progress.

I lowered the volume in today's workout, and it will remain this way for perhaps several months, just while I am in a slight caloric deficit.

Form is getting iffy with the Pendlays, lol, I'm gonna evaluate the situation.

No front squats because they were part of the volume cut. I, um, sequestered them

I was gonna leave them in there this week, but since the bar would be resting on the spot that has been bugging my shoulder lately, I figured I would cut them a week sooner than planned. Who knows, maybe they are the cause of my recent shoulder pain.
