Well, I guess I will start logging my workouts at M and B as well, since it looks like all the cool kids are doing it.
I have been an Intermittent Faster for about 8 months now. I was 198 lbs when I began following the Leangains protocol in March, and I have been holding steady at 165-167 lbs for several months now. I have been using Reverse Pyramid Training for about 19 weeks.
I am currently nursing a strained deltoid (I assume I strained it. Dr.? What's that?). It is feeling better each week, which is amazing considering the fact that I still push super hard with it, lol, I am a bit hard headed.
