Great session, I was only gonna do a few sets of deads @ 315 since I am gonna be "roughing" it in the woods for the next 4 days. Then I figured screw it, lol

You should have seen me trying to get that 6th rep in the first set of chins, I got my mouth to the bar, and struggled for a few seconds trying to get the last couple of inches.

Front squats will be back in the workout next time, I am sort of pressed for time so I skipped them.

I actually did 7 reps in the last set of pendlays, but they had a bit more english to them than I like, so I didn't count them.

I am very happy with the progression on flat and incline benching lately. Next week I will finally be repping 2pps again.

Wow, the first set of dips felt heavy as $hit, lol. And the results of the following sets are confusing, given how the first set went. The plan was to add 5 lbs to each dip set, but after the first set I nixed that plan, lmao.

Everything is moving along nicely, no complaints from me.

Shazzaaaaam!

As I suspected, Friday's first dip set @ +70 started with a bad mount, lol, hence my only getting 3 reps on Fri.

I think I like doing two chest days/week. Gonna stick with it for a while, and split Wed's (deadlift day's) 500 surplus calories evenly between the Tue and Wed. If I do that, I should be able to continue doing this extra chest day while controlling body composition, lol.

Okay, tomorrow is deadlifts, shooting for a 4th rep @ 395 for my first/top set.
